The hotel room was small, and we had issues with the dripping AC and broken safety safe, requiring security's assistance multiple times. However, the main pool was relaxing and convenient with easy access to ordering food and drinks. The location was great for access to the beach and dining options.

The hotel is conveniently located amidst many entertainment venues and restaurants, although it feels like there is ongoing construction work nearby. The rooms, despite being clean, are in need of refurbishment, presenting a mixed value for the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms had an elite setup and were very tidy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the balcony was disappointing with exposed wires and a stale smell, which affected the overall room experience. The service was polite and helpful, with staff who were accommodating to my food requirements. The location was excellent, offering easy access to entertainment venues and restaurants. The dining options were good but slightly pricey, especially for a limited breakfast selection.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The twin bedded option was fabulous with cozy rooms, although our room at the back overlooking construction sites could get noisy at night due to club-goers. The price we paid felt reasonable considering the overall experience.
